Willy is a character from Lupin the Third Part III.
Character History[]
Willy is a news reporter for NTM, he went to the residence of Mrs. Alda to interview Ron. Ron told Willy that they let the kidnapper get away, he was worried about his mama and wanted the police to hurry so Lupin III can be executed and cried live on TV.
While he continued the interview, it is unknown what happened next as his speech is currently not translated.
