Willy is a supporting character from Lupin III: The Legend of the Gold of Babylon. He works under Kowalski as a mafia henchman.
Personality[]
Unlike his boss, Kowalski, Willy is somewhat mindless and prone to accidents and failure much like his partner-in-crime, Chen. Despite his flaws as a henchman, Willy seems to act as the leader of his group, attempting to lead the assassination of Lupin III whilst he was staying at a hotel. Not only that, he also tried to keep Chen from blowing their previous attempt at killing Lupin during the party at the Monster Bar while disguised as Jigen and Chen as Goemon, which later fails due to their incompetence.
