"What's the Worry?" is a song composed by Yuji Ohno and performed by akiko . The lyrics were written by Yoko Narahashi.[1] It was used as the ending theme of Alcatraz Connection.

The original vocal version by akiko was released on August 2001 as an single in a Mini-CD as "What's the Worry?".[1] On September 2000, the OST of the TV Special Alcatraz Connection was released including the TV size version of "What's the Worry?" as the 14th track of the album.[2]
