Notes[]
- When Lupin rubs the lamp and a holograph of Drew who dresses up as a genie comes out, he wonders about her name and says Jenny and Marianne. The former is a possible reference to I Dream of Jeannie however the TV Special currently has only been fan translated into English.
- The art style of the TV Special during the first 24 minutes and when Lupin is at the bridge was later used in Lupin III vs. Detective Conan: The Movie. This is noticeable during the closeups where it shares the same thick black lines on the characters.
