Stuckey was a character from the movie Lupin VS the Clone.
Personality[]
He is essentially a lawful version of Mamo, in that he is cold, calculating, ambitious and sociopathic, not hesitating to use others as collateral damage. He is also possibly more dangerous than Mamo, in that he is completely human and has the potential to take power in a more unassuming and insidious fashion. He also has none of Mamo's fragile ego, and is shown to be a consummate professional. Little else is known about him.
History[]
Stuckey is the Special Assistant to the US President.
Gordon had taken Daisuke Jigen and Goemon Ishikawa XIII to Area 64, an aircraft carrier used by the US Navy, he told them to stand up as Stuckey had arrived. They sat down as they listened to a tape of Mamo blackmailing the Secretary-General and the President as satellites were destroyed.
He says while clenching his hands together that no explanation was needed and wanted to know the blackmailer who broke the secure line. He played the tape again that Mamo was "the highest intelligence on Earth. A prophet... or you can call me God" as he stood up facing the map. The other person was shocked and wondered why it was a request but Mamo gave it an order as he thinks that they will both understand on how the world was made. The tape was stopped by Gordon as Stuckey tells them that the rest was classified and that the case is not a bluff. Jigen lit his cigarette as it did not concern them. Stuckey was wiping his glasses with a cloth saying that it wasn't true and Lupin stole what Mamo wants, he fixed his glasses and asked Jigen regarding Mamo's secret base. Jigen had no idea so Gordon started to threaten him while Jigen gave him a slip of paper that just said "WATER" as it is a clue regarding Lupin's location handwritten by Fujiko Mine, yet Jigen didn't know so Gordon lifted the table up and grabbed Jigen shouting at each other.
Stuckey got up from the floor and told Gordon that they didn't know anything, Gordon went towards him and they whispered to each other. As Gordon opened the door, Stuckey tells Jigen and Goemon as he wanted to do this from a different angle by letting them go and walks out of the room.
At a secret base, Gordon and Stuckey were looking at the screen and he told Stuckey that he tracked them from 300,000 meters up. He gave Gordon the go-ahead to phone up and gave the order to begin the operation with the target being an island belonging to Howard Lockwood (Mamo) who claims is the richest billionaire in the world.
While reading a LUPIN comic book, he was informed of an earthquake that came from Colombia but Gordon thought that the missiles came from Mamo as his death was not confirmed. Stuckey threw the comic book into a part of his desk and reminds that the deadline was tomorrow, he got up from his chair walking to order to intensive the badge system and to prepare for his attack by returning fire. Going towards a statue of Liberty lighter, he smoked his cigar that everything will become clear and they will control this world.
After the US had sent missiles towards Mamo's secret base, Stuckey was in a phone conversation with the President that he was ordered to destroy and kill everyone in the US base after the attack and Gordon was no exception.
Trivia[]
Stuckey is modeled on Secretary Kissinger. In real life, Kissinger was a close friend of Nicolae Ceaucescu, who was President of Romania at the time Lupin vs the Clone was made.
