Stolen Lupin - The Copycat is a Midsummer's Butterfly (盗まれたルパン ~コピーキャットは真夏の蝶~ Nusumareta Rupan -Kopīkyatto wa Manatsu no Chō-?) is the 16th Lupin the 3rd TV Special released on July 30, 2004.
Synopsis[]
The treasures of the Bourbon dynasty are stolen by a mysterious woman. Inspector Zenigata, who does not suspect the culprit to be Lupin, follows the truck in high spirits, and just as he thinks Lupin appears out of the sky to stole back the treasure. But in this brief moment, Lupin is kidnapped by someone.
After kidnapping Lupin, Malkovich threatens to use Fujiko as a hostage in order to steal the evil jewel "Bull's Eye", but that is also a trap!
