Silver Fox is a character of Lupin the 3rd Part 1.
History[]
Silver Fox (real name Mrs. Silver) was the aunt of Baron Ukraine who descended from a long line of counterfeiters. Thirty years before the episode, she made fake money that was so real that she reigned as the "Queen of the Counterfeiting Society". The money however was made by Ivanov who retired and now they both live in a clock tower hidden inside a mountain in the distant Kowalski Kingdom. While she is kind to Ivanov, she lies to anyone else.
Coming back home in an orange Rolls Royce, she sleeps until the chimes ring 12 where she briefly woke up to check on her pocket watch. Knowing that it was the correct time, she closed her eyes as the driver took her to the garage.
She goes to the clock tower and asks Ivanov "How are you?" that he replies that he's doing great and that a life of order has given him good health. The bell rings and she noticed that someone had arrived. Baron Ukraine and Flinch were by the walled entrance, he asks her about Ivanov and she looks like she doesn't know him. He begged her to borrow him so they can make counterfeit money but she lied that he isn't there however told him that he is no longer in the counterfeiting business. He shouted back knowing that she lied but she told him to look for him as she retired as well, both collecting clocks. As he puts a cigarette into his mouth, he says that she can't hoard Ivanov to herself. The meeting was interrupted as Koichi Zenigata arrived.
Zenigata had arrived at a room full of clocks and she sat down on a purple chair. After introducing himself, she asks him what brought him all the way to the Kowalski Kingdom and he says that Lupin III is here. Silver Fox lied and claims that she's never heard of him but considers him to be some petty thief. As Zenigata explains that he steals what he is after, she laughs and says that she has to be careful. Afterwards, she presses a button on the table that activated the guns on the clocks and fired clock hands. Zenigata managed to jump over to the top part of the room and asked what she was doing. She laughed as she knew that it was Lupin III in disguise.
Lupin III took off his mask and was impressed that she managed to figure it out. She says that he's brave that he came to see her in person and asked what he was after. He wanted to borrow Ivanov however she refused and bitterly tells him to go back home if he values his life. After saying that she's scary, she presses a button and he says that he is off as he left the clock tower.
While Lupin III is climbing the clock tower from outside, she was holding a candle and walking towards another room. She looks briefly out of the window as the door opened and walked in, luckily she did not notice Lupin III.
In the secret room where Ivanov lives with the money, she was watching with her binoculars Lupin III running away from Flinch and she enjoyed the energetic chase wondering why they are so happy. Ivanov noticed that the Baron managed to find him and she wondered why he wasn't with Lupin III and Flinch. As she was being sarcastic, the Baron wanted Ivanov and goes towards him despite she saying that he doesn't have the skills to make the counterfeits. Ivanov still refuses so he grabs him and points the gun to his hand. With her binocular gun, Silver Fox shot the Baron in the chest and with his last bit of strength as he goes down, the Baron fired and shot his aunt. They both killed each other and laid on the floor.
Ivanov was worried and went towards her, she tells him that she glad and he is now free of his counterfeiting. He wanted to be with her but her final words were "Farewell Ivanov" as she turned her head and passed away. He put her on a flower bed to rest and walked away. Unable to cope, he activated the self destruct of the clock tower killing himself and her remains as a result.
