Sailor aka Seila is a character of Sexy Lupin III (Manga) and its adaption in Lupin the 3rd Part III.

Sailor appears as a black haired woman wearing a raincoat that underneath was a circular patterned dress, she had a spare as one was ripped by Lupin. She was also naked during the chapter.

Sailor entered a bar in San Francisco ran by Lupin III called the Bartender's Rest, he was surprised that she came alone however she says that it was common in New York where she came from. Lupin stopped a man who had thoughts of wanting sex with Sailor and suggest that she should have a cocktail, she was curious about the hole in the window and why people come to the bar. She laughed when Lupin threw a dart out of the window causing a flat tire, he said that her smile was a "treasure" and she thought that he was "interesting". Lupin knew that she was looking for a man but she ended up crying as he left to meet up with Daisuke Jigen.
Lupin returned to the bar, closed the doors and made Sailor another cocktail called "Revenge". He kissed Sailor, grabbed her, ripped her dress and they had sex. Despite the pleasure, Sailor wasn't happy and Lupin suggested to kill a man to get rid of her "gloom". They had another round of sex, first on the couch with Lupin nuzzling her neck and implied by Lupin on the bed.
The next day, Sailor waited for Lupin by a clock and wondered whether she will see him again in San Francisco however Lupin told her that he's leaving town after today. They returned to the bar and Lupin put a bullet a revolver as the Owner of the Jack Security Company arrived at the bar. Sailor wanted to kill him however Lupin stopped her. According to the Owner, he knew Sailor's father and was sad when he committed suicide. Sailor was upset because she knew the Owner stole the Security Company from her father, the event was why he killed himself. She slapped Lupin asking why he stopped her however Lupin knows that if she commits murder, she will ended up in jail and "let the universe take revenge for you." It turned out that Jigen and Goemon Ishikawa XIII stole the gold from the Owner.

The anime adaptation was similar however Lupin and Seila did not have sex with each other.

- It is unknown why her name changed from the manga to its anime adaptation despite that Yasushi Hirano wrote both the manga chapter and the episode.
