Synopsis[]
Mexico’s richest woman, Madame Tequila owns a black diamond named the Black Pig of Mexico. Realizing that Lupin is after her diamond, Madame Tequila appoints Inspector Zenigata to guard it. However, what Madame Tequila doesn’t tell Inspector Zenigata is that she also has a 10 billion dollar insurance policy on the diamond. After seeing Inspector Zenigata’s valiant attempt at capturing Lupin, Madame Tequila decides to adopt Inspector Zenigata as her heir. And she’s not taking no for an answer! Will Inspector Zenigata call Madame Tequila, “Mother”?

- The episode was referenced in the first episode of Lupin the 3rd Part 5 when Lupin was on a jet pack however it got reanimated.
- According to TV listings at the time of airing, this was the final episode that was listed due to uncertainty whether Part III Episode 50 was going to get aired as it was classed as back up programming in case baseball got rained off.
