Official Synopsis[]
Mitten, an island where time flows quietly. Lupin and his friends are trapped on the island due to a bridge failure, and they have an unexpected holiday. A girl, Muru, who works at a café, is curious about the look of Lupin's crew who appreciate their free time. With her sketchbook in her hand, the girl began to have delusions of Lupin's relationship. Meanwhile, Fujiko hears the legend of a mermaid that has been handed down from ancient times on the island...?

- Muru's fantasy of Jigen as a musician from 7:08-7:18 is a reference to Goodbye Partner, notably with its use of piano music as a plot device and his central role to the plot.
- Fujiko's appearance in Muru's fantasies as a mermaid resembles her brief appearance as a hallucination in Part 1 Episode 2.
