"Requiem for the Assassins" is the 9th episode of Lupin the 3rd Part 4.
Official Synopsis[]
A long time ago, there was the assassination of a dictator in a small West African country. The killers involved in the incident are being killed one after another. Goemon was also concerned with the dictator assassination as one of the hit men. The legendary sniper Zora, who was the bouncer of the assassinated dictator, may be taking revenge... Goemon follows Zora's whereabouts with the killer Belladonna, who was also involved in the assassination.
