Mistakes[]
- Zenigata should have been able to recognise Fujiko's voice over the phone.
Translation Notes[]
- In the Japanese original when Zenigata picks up the phone to talk to Fujiko, he says "Hello. This is Zenigata speaking" in English. On the Italian Blu-ray, the subtitles were kept in English rather than being translated to emphasize that he was speaking in English. This was changed in the Italian dub.
- In the English dub, Jigen kicks Goemon to remind him to use the Zantetsuken to fight the zombies. In the Japanese original, he kicks him and asks him if it hurts to check whether or not they're dreaming.
- The auction scene has more dialogue from Cornelia as the scene cuts to shots of the audience.
Notes[]
- In the Japanese original and the English dub, Fujiko hums "Theme from Lupin III" while she was driving the van. In the Italian dub she hums a generic tune.
- Lupin breaks the fourth wall during the story where Jigen says "But you were a pervert just the same" and after saying "What?", he looks directly towards the viewer in a pout. There is even a jingle playing while doing so.
- The first item in the auction that Cornelia had hosted was the Golden Statue of the Virgin Mary, similar to one from Part 2 Episode 34.
