Lupin Will Sell High is the 46th episode of Lupin the 3rd Part 2.
Synopsis[]
Lupin has been put on auction at the Wanted Club and Dr. Mad places the winning bid. Dr. Mad also purchases Fujiko and Jigen from the Wanted Club's auctions. The three are abandoned on a deserted island with killer cyborgs as part of Dr. Mad's human reconstruction experiment.

Translation Notes[]
Due to problems translating the title from Japanese, the title was named in the US as Lupin is Available to the Highest Bidder for the English Geneon translation and was used for the Discotek DVD release. TMS had also provided an alternative title called Lupin for Sale used for French TV airings in 2000 and the DVD release however was renamed to Edgar due to copyright reasons, this was also used for the Spanish Animax dub.
Notes[]
- The English dub title is a reference to the H.G. Wells book "The Island of Dr. Moreau" and Derange is another word for Mad. The reason given for the rename was to fit the episode better due to the auction plotline was only at the beginning while a majority of the episode takes place on an island.
- One of the bidders at the auction has the same character design as the Bank President from Part 2 Episode 5 with black hair.
