"Lupin vs The Eccentric Man with Two Faces" is the 130th episode of Lupin the 3rd Part 2.
Synopsis[]
The master of surrealism, Monsieur Dare had spent three years working on his masterpiece, but news is out that the great object of art got stolen. Inspector Magrey deduces that the culprit is Lupin, and provokes him through television. But Lupin wants to find out the truth; he disguises himself as Magrey to go visit Dare.

- Monsieur Daré was based on Salvador Dalì who was still alive at the time of the episode. It is not a translation mistake as his name in Japanese is ムッシュ・ダレ while for Dali, his name is translated as サルバドール・ダリ. In the Italian and Spanish dubs, he became Salvador Dalì himself.
- Inspector Magret is based on the French detective Jules Maigret. Like Daré, Magret's name is マグレ while Maigret is メグレ in Japanese. His name was also an inspiration to Inspector Juzo Megure from Detective Conan.
