Synopsis[]
The nation of Janaica is troubled with coup d'etats and revolutions, but Lupin, discovering that the president's mansion houses the missing painting "Nude Venus," decides to go scope the joint with Jigen. Jigen goes to Janaica first, and is visited by a woman who is on the run from government police...

In the Italian TV airing, the scene where Jigen removes the bullet from Sandra was edited due to knives and blood.
- Where Jigen tears the shirt and splashes alcohol on Sandra's arm was replaced by a brief freeze frame.
- When the bullet comes out, lands on the bloody table and throws the knife was replaced by slow repeated footage of the fire where Jigen is removing the bullet.
- The scene where Jigen drinks the bottle and picks up the bullet just shows the bottle due to blood on the table.
The fire scene may have slowed down to keep in sync with the sound.

- This is one of the few episodes that has a strong focus on Daisuke Jigen while the other characters have smaller roles throughout the episode.
- In the English fan translation, the nation is listed as "Jamaica".
- The episode was originally aired in stereo and presented in stereo on the Lupin the Third Vol.5 Laserdisc and the Lupin the Third - The Second Series Vol.22 VHS tape however later airings of the episode are in mono as the stereo master tape was lost. The Italian and Spanish dubs were also in mono.
- Jigen uses the term onnagirai to describe his woman-hating once more.
- The only one not in the Broadway Series that shows Jigen wearing his nightgown and nightcap ensemble.
