Differences Between Manga & Anime[]
- Lupin III wears glasses and a suit during Goemon Ishikawa XIII's demonstration of his sword.
- The battle between Lupin and Goemon moved from outside of a house to on the road.
Censorship[]
Italian/Spanish[]
In the 1987 Italian redub, the scene where Fujiko is stripped by Goemon has been cut out.[3] This also applies to the Spanish Telecinco dub since they used the same masters.
Mistakes[]
- Jigen is wearing shoes inside when visiting Goemon.
Notes[]
- Despite being the first episode to feature Goemon Ishikawa XIII, he had already appeared in the opening since Episode 1 and the Pilot Film.
- The English synopsis omits the roman numbers of Goemon in his name.
