- 3:47-3:49 (4:08-4:09 English dub) - Station was misspelled as "STAITION".
- Miss Arnoul goes from a blonde to a brunette in between shots.
- Zenigata should have recognized Goemon by this episode.

- Lupin III and Daisuke Jigen later appear as a cameo in Panda! Go, Panda! wearing the same costumes as this episode.
- Lupin and Jigen ride a pink Citroen 2CV, a car that will be driven by Clarisse de Cagliostro in the movie The Castle of Cagliostro, and which is Hayao Miyazaki's first car.
- When the others warn Smith that Zenigata might be onto them, Smith assures them the Inspector will never suspect. They're all correct. Zenigata mistakes the operation for a human trafficking one instead.
