Oleander is a character from the movie Dead or Alive. She is introduced as a secret agent of the nation of Zufu and an informer for the State police, acting under the cover of a bar lady. She later becomes friend with Lupin III.

Oleander is a beautiful young woman with short blonde hair, ice blue eyes and tanned skin.
Personality[]
She's a strong character and rarely smiles, often being seen in a serious mood, and she dislikes smoking or seeing people smoke.
Biography[]
Oleander was presumably born in Zufu. Sometimes before the coup d'état orchestrated by Headhunter, she fell in love with Prince Pannish and the two started a relationship.
She survived the coup and Crisis made her a secret agent of Zufu State police, opening a bar for her.
She first met Lupin, Jigen and Goemon during a secret operation conceived by Zenigata: Oleander posed herself as Emerah, Headhunter's daughter, who was believed to be the only person knowing the secret to stop the Nanomachine—the highly advanced weapon which guarded the royal treasure of Zufu. Lupin kidnapped Emerah/Ole and tried to learn from her the secret of the Nanomachine, but Headhunter's army, headed by Crisis, attacked their refuge and nearly killed them all, including Ole.
Later, Ole returned to her bar. During the attack, Lupin noticed that Ole wore a peculiar necklace which contained a photo of her with Pannish and told her that he saw Pannish in Zufu, which she didn't believe as Pannish died two years before. Ole walked the entire city looking for Pannish and was assaulted by two bullies, who she escaped. Later, Pannish showed up at her bar and told her that he survived the coup too, and that he spent two years organizing a secret revolutionary army; the man asked her to become a spy for him and gave her a radio. The two kissed.
Ole started passing informations from inside the regime and, at the same time, was asked by Crisis to investigate and look after Pannish. Lupin also met Spanky, a man who used to work for Zufu's King, at Ole's bar.
Ole was later arrested by Crisis, who learned of her treason. Crisis and Headhunter tortured her in order to know where Pannish was hiding, and Ole brought them to the Nanomachine island.
She survived the final battle between Headhunter and the Lupin gang. She later revealed to Lupin that she knew that Pannish wasn't the real one since the moment they kissed, just before her arrest. She's last seen relieved after having learnt from Zenigata that Lupin escaped him once again. She then threw her necklace to the sea, thanking Lupin for that beautiful dream.
