Lupin III New Adventures Chapter 19 is titled "Bloodsucking".
Long Summary[]
As Jigen drives him and Goemon to a hotel, Lupin has his head buried in a newspaper, talking endlessly about the various crimes he'd admitted that they've reported. He's flummoxed that even minor things such as pornography are being treated as crimes.
When they get to the hotel, Lupin still hasn't stopped talking. Jigen and Goemon are exhausted from the journey and want to sleep. Lupin doesn't notice and thinks there's something more sinister at hand, so he explains that these accusations form a coded message. He's annoyed to find his that his friends are fast asleep and tries to draw their attention to the urgent situation by bellowing at them with a megaphone. Goemon slices the megaphone in half and tells Lupin they'll talk in the morning.
Lupin explains to Jigen and Goemon that all of the crimes he's accused of he's charted on a map, then connected the dots to spell out a word: Vampire. Jigen and Goemon haven't listened and have gone back to sleep.
Lupin gets into bed, lamenting that they don't understand that the hotel he's taken them to was once the house of Count Dracula, and he confides with a supernatural female creature that they won't understand that he's turned into a vampire.
Later that night, Lupin sneaks out and sucks the blood of a young woman.
The next morning, Jigen and Goemon find Lupin is absent. They wait all day, but he doesn't return until nightfall; Jigen complains that this manga moves too fast. That night, he hides in the bathtub of a young woman and attacks her. Goemon finds him, and follows him to an underground chamber. He brings Jigen down with him, and they find Lupin in a coffin, with a distress note pinned to him explaining that he brought Jigen and Goemon to the house because he needs them to help him become normal again.
