- While this chapter wasn't adapted, the plot-line regarding using a flower as a weapon was used in Part 1 Episode 3. There is also a reversal where in the chapter Lupin III wants to shoot a plane that had Fujiko Mine and the flower while in the episode Lupin and Dr. Heinlein wants to destroy the Third Sun flower and Linda from a plane.
- The original Weekly Manga Action issue categorized this as the third chapter of the Adventure Series that started from Lupin III Chapter 22 however when it was collected into volumes, this was dropped moving the previous chapter earlier in the manga.[1]
- In this chapter it was mentioned that Fujiko's brother was a doctor however due to that each chapter is a different Fujiko, this is forgotten.
