Isabel was a major character in the TV Special Bye-Bye Liberty - Close Call!.

Isabel was a member of The Three Masons clan. As her last position in this organization, she was also called as Number 2 and later on Number 1. She is described as a beautiful and elegant woman who uses her charm to exploit men. Her son is called Michael and his husband is dead and unknown. She was stabbed by Jimmy, also called Number 3.
History[]
She first appeared on a train in Alaska when she was pursued by the men of The Three Masons clan. After being rescued by Goemon, who was on the train for training purposes, she recruited him to be his bodyguard during her trip to retrieve the object that the organization wants. Later on, they caught Jigen in the Grand Canyon and Lupin too after he escaped prison. She exchanged the Super Egg against money from Lupin but the deal was compromised by The Three Masons clan which captured her, the Super Egg, and the money.
In the headquarters of the organization where she was captured, he seduced Jimmy to kill Number 1 and then take the command of the organization. After the ceremony that unlocks the power of the Super Egg, she was stabbed by Jimmy who wanted to be the leader of the organization. Lupin, who was disguised as a man of the clan, caught her and they escaped together. They caught up in an elevator with Jigen, Goemon, Fujiko, and Micheal who hugged her.
After the cancel of the launch of the nuclear missile thanks to Micheal, she and the other characters escaped in a helicopter. Unfortunately, she lost too much blood and die after her son gave her a last kiss.
