Fujiko has dated many men as part of her schemes to get what she wants. Despite this there were times that she pursued romance, former Prince Claude had dated her and even got married however it is unknown whether the marriage was valid due to Bertenburg no longer existing as Lupin stole the Minstrel Bell.
Fujiko has a very sketchy relationship with the other men based on day-to-day tolerence that depended on the writer & the script.
Lupin III[]
Although she is more willing to contain her feelings, Fujiko does have a love for Lupin. She is rarely wishing to fully reveal her affection except if she thinks one or both are dying. On occasions where Lupin appears to have died, she grieves and has even stated that her life has no meaning without him. However, her not-altogether-hidden feelings submerge again when she finds him alive. Fujiko has also had thoughts of kissing Lupin on the Moon.
Fujiko is aware of Lupin's infatuation with her and always uses it to her advantage, she never gets Lupin into a lot of troubles he cannot escape. Monkey Punch has said that the two "enjoy each other", and are quite content with their bizarre yet amicable relationship, comparing it to his own marriage, and to D'Artagnan and Milady de Winter in The Three Musketeers. Lupin and Fujiko have had marriage attempts. The first time Kyosuke Mamo made her vanish for about an hour & this somehow annulled their vows. When Fujiko dragged him back to the church after getting her back, he ran away. In Part 2 Episode 107, Fujiko has a dream about marrying Lupin.[2] This gives her an idea: she tells him that she’ll marry him if he gets her a cursed diamond as a wedding ring. She does marry him, but in the disguise of an ugly old woman. That doesn’t change the fact that they were actually married, something never again addressed in the anime until Part 5. In Part III Episode 17 Lupin and Fujiko had a scam marriage to fool Zenigata to steal gold bullion.
She sometimes gets frustrated when Lupin isn't being sincere. In The Mystery of Mamo, the two of them spent the film getting frustrated at each other for sending mixed signals, only to reaffirm their love a while later. In Part 5 Episode 24 she's also frustrated at him for sending mixed signals and not showing he cares, but is touched when he shows his true self to her and allows him to kiss her.
Their relationship is erratic and at times unstable; a couple of times she tried to kill Lupin, such as in Part 2 Episode 139 and Part 2 Episode 69, other times she saved his life, such as in Part 5 Episode 15. Then there are times when she pretends to betray him, such as in Part 5 Episode 4 . In the Geneon dub of The Mystery of Mamo, Jigen describes Lupin and Fujiko's relationship as essentially the relationship between Lupin and Zenigata but with masochism.
In The Castle of Cagliostro she mentions to Clarisse that she and Lupin were once lovers, but she walked out on him.
There are times when Fujiko does worry for Lupin and care about him, such as when he was cursed by King Tutankhamun and almost died in Part 2 Episode 7. She was also worried about him when he went through a serious existential crisis in Part 6 Episode 23.
In The Secret of Twilight Gemini Lupin and Fujiko have sex at least once.
Koichi Zenigata[]
With Zenigata, it was a use-and-be-used situation where they would team up against Lupin for personal gain & stab each other in the back in the end, or Zenigata would just use her as a homing device to locate Lupin. In Part 1 Episode 1 she helps him to arrest Lupin and protects him from Lupin's bomb attack on the Scorpion assassins so that he can arrange for her freedom. Sometimes they teamed up for other reasons; in Part 2 Episode 32 they tried to arrest Lupin so they could protect him from the assassin Puma, and in The Castle of Cagliostro they worked to expose the Count's secret counterfeiting operation. She will occasionally come to Zenigata for help in instances where Lupin is in danger, such as in Part 2 Episode 66. They had a past together; in The Woman Called Fujiko Mine she had sex with him while she was in prison to fulfil his ambition.
In the second manga, she was just as much Zenigata's enemy as Lupin was, and meets her end at the hands of his squad, with only her thigh holster left in the debris.
Daisuke Jigen[]
Fujiko doesn't have much of a relationship with Jigen. They're enemies at worst and platonic friends at best. In the second episode of The Woman Called Fujiko Mine she tried seducing him, but he admitted to her that he didn't like women. She's aware that Jigen doesn't trust her, and often keeps her distance from him. Sometimes she knocks him down a peg; while she was disguised as Patra Lawrence in Part 2 Episode 149 she had him buried up to his neck in the ground when he, not realizing she was Fujiko, told her she was good at fighting "for a princess". There are times when they get along, and even moments where she goes to him for protection such as in Part 2 Episode 51. In Lupin VS the Clone she trusts him enough to send him a message about where Lupin is being held captive when Flinch captures her as well as Lupin. In Part 2 Episode 152, she helped him by getting him exactly the sort of fedora hat he can't shoot without.
Goemon Ishikawa XIII[]
Goemon's relationship worsened with her over time, even though they would continue to work as a team on some missions. In Part 1, he was introduced as one of Fujiko's boyfriends, but by Episode 9 he refuses to work with her while Fujiko calls him "a square" as he leaves. In the latter half of Part 2, Goemon would silently agree with Jigen's opinions about her. By part 3 he disliked Fujiko every bit as much as Jigen, frequently joining in on Jigen's snarking of her, & would usually be the first one to back out of a mission if she was coming. Yet he would continue to go on jobs with her or be paired with her when the group split in teams of two.
Like with the rest of the men, Fujiko won't hesitate to betray Goemon. In Part 2 Episode 61 she knocks him out with drugged bourbon, steals the Zantetsuken and sells it.
There are times, however, where she comes to his defense. In Part III Episode 26, when a group of quintuplet thieves steals the Zantetsuken, she knocks out the man who confiscated it from them with her trademark knockout gas in a perfume bottle and gives it back to Goemon.
Other[]
In Part 3, Fujiko had a completely serious relationship with a handsome prince named Faron that did not involve any lucrative scheme, & Lupin did not attempt to stand in the way of her happiness, but Faron was planning to settle down as a king & knew that Fujiko was a nomad who couldn't live without adventure, & so he sent her away.
She has one or two female lovers as well. In The Woman Called Fujiko Mine she seduced who she thought was a schoolgirl, but who was really just Lt. Oscar in disguise. Amelia from Part 6 is the closest thing to a girlfriend she has.
