Fugo is a character of Lupin the 3rd Part 2.
History[]
Very little is known about Fugo apart from that he lived in a mansion somewhere in Paris.
Koichi Zenigata had arrived at his mansion as Lupin III had sent him a note claiming that he will steal the Star of Versailles at the day after tomorrow at 3AM. Zenigata asked Fugo whether the Star of Versailles was a 50 carat diamond, he confirmed as it was family heirloom that was handed down for generations and he got up to move the picture revealing a safe. He told Zenigata that it was in the safe however Zenigata was going back to ICPO (Interpol) headquarters with the note to decide the strategy, he will return at 3AM the day after tomorrow to guard the safe. Fugo was concerned that Lupin might arrive earlier however Zenigata says that he is a gentleman and will arrive on time as he left the mansion.
Fake Lupin however sneaked into the mansion and sat on chair saying "bonsoir Monsieur Fugo" as Fugo opened the door going towards him pointing his finger wondering who he was. He says that he is Lupin III and got up from the chair scaring Fugo as he asked for the Star of Versailles, he also deviously asked for the key to the safe. Fugo however says that on the note he was coming later however he says that he can't always stay true to his word while pitching his arm collar upwards. Fake Lupin claims that security is getting tighter while putting his thumb on Fugo's head and took the safe key. He called Fake Lupin a coward as he went off to lift the painting where the safe is held and put the key in to open it while claiming to be much smarter lately.
Fake Lupin opened the safe and made a devious smile as Fugo pointed a gun towards him and fired landing a shot on his arm. Fake Lupin says that if he trembled that much, he wouldn't be able to kill anybody and clenched his fist. Then while demonstrating, he got his Walther P38 from his pocket and killed Fugo with multiple shots as he fell with his chair to the floor. He blew his gun, looked at the clock as it approached midnight and walked away with the Star of Versailles.
The next morning an ambulance had arrived to collect the body. When Zenigata looked at the body, he claimed to have found Lupin's fingerprints.
