Dynamite Joe is a character introduced in the TV Special Prison of the Past and was a former ally of Jigen's.
Character History[]
Joe has a very brash personality and he drives a sports car. His abilities are able to disguise, drive and while not shown it it implied that he works with explosives.
In the past, Joe worked with Daisuke Jigen when they were mercenaries along with Finnegan however Jigen departed from the group. They met up in Dorrente as they were driving on the road. While he introduced himself to Lupin and Goemon, they didn't want to know and even Lupin purposely forgot his name. According to Jigen, he's a "petty thief".
He was hired along with other thieves to retrieve Finnegan out of El Guille Prison from the request of Fujiko Mine.
After entering El Guille Prison, he became trapped with the doors closing and was frozen. All he could say was "Crap".
At the end of Prison of the Past, it is revealed that he got thawed out and is at a boat along with Fujiko and the other thieves as they got the treasure. He changed his clothes to have an Hawaiian shirt and is holding a tablet. Afterwards Fujiko was found out and only him and her remained on the boat as they fled away.
