The Doctor was Fujiko's father in chapter 11 of the original manga series. He was a doctor ordered by the villain King to kill Lupin III.

The doctor is a mysterious man who comes to the Lupin estate to kill Lupin III. Not much is known about him, but after his death, Fujiko reveals that he was her father.

- The doctor might be the same unnamed doctor working at Hamanaka Clinic that appears earlier in the chapter. But this is unlikely as the Hamanaka doctor's face is shown right away, while The Doctor's face is consealed.
The Doctor working at Hamanaka Clinic
- Dr. Fritz Kaiser from the The Woman Called Fujiko Mine series bears a striking resemblance to the doctor from the Hamanaka Clinic. It should be noted that Kaiser is the father of Aisha, not Fujiko.
