Chen is a supporting character from Lupin III: The Legend of the Gold of Babylon. He works under Kowalski as a mafia henchman.
Personality[]
Unlike his boss, Kowalski, Chen is incredibly mindless and prone to both accident and failure much like his partner-in-crime, Willy. In spite of his flaws, he is described as "always prepared" by Willy and is incredibly dedicated in the assasination of Lupin III. Many of his lines consist of him saying, "me kill Lupin," which, besides him agreeing to Willy's pleas on not to blow their cover by drinking too much at the Monster Bar, was the only thing he said throughout the film.
