Cecilia is a character from Lupin the 3rd Part 5.
History[]
Cecilia was in a relationship with Nicholas however in a museum in Vienna, she caught him cheating with an another woman. She used her phone and used PeopleLog to get the identity of her who turned out to be Carla Redson and showed it to Nicholas' face, she was angry that he was having an affair. This caused a scene causing the security guards to run towards them and Lupin III witnessed the event as he was going to steal the Goddess of Love statue in the museum.
It was unknown what happened next however Lupin mentioned with a conversation with Daisuke Jigen about PeopleLog Divorces.
