Baron Ukraine is a character of Lupin the 3rd Part 1.
History[]
Baron Ukraine was a counterfeiter. According to Lupin III, he is an imperfect counterfeiter where he can fool people but not experts. He works with his henchman Flinch along with others and he has an aunt called Silver Fox who lives with her lover Ivanov.
Lupin stole some money and with Daisuke Jigen, they threw the money out of the suitcase in their plane as it lands on a nearby city. People gathered the money but noticed that Lupin stamped the money saying "Counterfeit made by Baron Ukraine, Rejected by Lupin the Third". This made the Baron annoyed and teared his own note.
Flinch suggested that he should take Lupin out, he agreed but Flinch suggests that Fujiko Mine should be the one to do it. As they continue talking, Fujiko enters the room and tells him where Lupin is located. The Baron tells Flinch that his aunt lives in the Kowalski Kingdom, decided to leave and he orders Fujiko to take out Lupin.
The Baron and Flinch made to the clock tower to meet up with Silver Fox, he asks her about Ivanov and she looks like she doesn't know him. He begged her to borrow him so they can make counterfeit money but she lied that he isn't there however told him that he is no longer in the counterfeiting business. He shouted back knowing that she lied but she told him to look for him as she retired as well, both collecting clocks. As he puts a cigarette into his mouth, he says that she can't hoard Ivanov to herself. The meeting was interrupted as Koichi Zenigata arrived.
The Baron gathered his henchmen to look for Ivanov however they failed, he wonders where Silver Fox hid him and ordered them to find them before Lupin. He also got Flinch to look for him as well.
As Ivanov kicked Lupin out for not wanting to help, the Baron and his henchmen find Lupin. Ivanov presses a button and kicks nearly all of them out of the clock tower except the Baron who managed to climb up from the trap door successfully.
He found Ivanov and Silver Fox in his secret room and pointed a gun at him. As her aunt was being sarcastic, he wanted Ivanov and goes towards him despite she saying that he doesn't have the skills to make the counterfeits. Ivanov still refuses so he grabs him and points the gun to his hand. With her binocular gun, Silver Fox shot the Baron in the chest and with his last bit of strength as he goes down, the Baron fired and shot his aunt. They both killed each other and laid on the floor.
